I'm still using my Redmi note 9 from few years ago and was looking for a new phone. The Note 13 pro is about 200€ on Amazon, and the 14 (not pro) is the same price on the official website but you also get the Redmi buds 6. They are both the 8-256g version, so is it worth to get the 14 instead of the 13 pro or is there any better alternative for ~250€? (I care the most about screen quality and battery)

Everyone's saying "Agile is dead," but that's not quite right. What's dead is the way companies are butchering it. Look, I've been through the whole evolution - from strict waterfall to "we're doing Agile now!" transformations. Agile works brilliantly when it's actually... you know, agile. But most companies turn it into this weird, rigid process where teams are just going through the motions. You know what I mean - those zombie standups where everyone's half asleep, reading off their Jira tickets. Those "Scrum Masters" who are basically just process police. The endless ceremonies that add zero value but we do them anyway because "that's Agile." Successful Agile implementation isn't about following a checklist. It's about building trust, empowering teams, and actually focusing on delivering value. Everything else is just theater.

I got the bike Saturday and have been for a couple rides so far. The rides were mainly single track. The first ride was moslty hill climbs/decents through the woods. The second ride was twisty, flatter, single track around a lake. **Good** My first impression is this bike rips! It is torqey as hell! I started out in strong throttle mode and had to turn it down. The bike had plenty of power in sport mode. At times. I felt smoother in normal mode. The suspension is solid. I can't wait to get it set up and get some more riding in! **Bad** It needs a kill switch. I rode over some barbed wire which wrapped around my back wheel and stopped me in my tracks. The bike did shut off because of the tilt sensor, but I don't want to rely on electronics in that situation. I want a physical switch I can control. I don't remember riding a bike without a kill swtich. I hate the key fob! You always have to reach into your pocket. You want to power the bike up a ramp, reach into your pocket. You want to turn the bike off, reach into your pocket. Want to know the charging status, reach into your pocket. Then there is a black on and a red one? This seems like way too much over complication. Gears. First there are no gears. It is a ramp profile of the current the controller sends to the motor. Most likely through an IGBT. If it was gears, there are only ever three gears: too high, too low, and just right. A single button cannot control this. The way it is setup now is to go eco, normal, sport, race, sport, normal, eco, repeat. This needs an easy to reach paddle shifter. I would also be nice to customze the profile maps! The key under the fender was a bad idea. I couldn't really figure out the regen? It seemed a bit buggy. Ideally, I would like this to be more on the fly rider controlled. I pretty much gave up on it which seems to be the norm for all ebikes and the people I ride with. And just so no one takes this the wrong way, I love this bike! It is a huge step up from my Suron. It is better than the Talaria. ALL vehicles have quirks and issues. This one is definetly worth taking the time to fix them!

Neat hits from Prismatic binder

Opened 30 packs prior with mostly holos, reverse holo, and a couple pokeball trainers, and this binder by far had the best hits. There does seem to be some batching here. Normally I’d consider these kind of middling hits, but it’s pretty weird to open five scarlet violet packs and only get one holo. I’ll take it. Binder was purchased on launch night at msrp from Best Buy. Sneasel is my favorite card here. Had one in my party on my silver game. Sadly I lost the save after the cold weakened the battery. I’ll replace the battery in a few weeks. Maybe if I ever pull an SIR from prismatic.

2005 CRV SE spare wheel size

What size is the spare on my 2005 CRV SE? Is it a 16”x6.5” like the other 4 - another full size wheel with the same spoke design? My CRV has a the original coverings and I don’t want to remove all of it and probably destroy the old cloth parts. I’ll just leave it as is if that’s the case. I ask because I just installed larger all terrain tires and figured a spare with the same size tire would be ideal. And hopefully not just a black steelie.

What characters work well with a hulk / wolverine team up?

I’ve been playing with my sister a lot who likes to play either Wolverine or Mantis, so I’ve been learning Hulk for the team up (also because my brother plays iron man). Problem is we aren’t exactly the greatest lol. Sometimes it works incredibly well and sometimes not at all. So who works well with this team up and who doesn’t? Also are there any maps where you guys would suggest to not use these two on? And are there any characters on the enemy team that we need to watch out for in particular?
